Nights and days are
Falling like perishable pearls
From the holes in
The giant pocket of trousers
Put on by time,
Let’s pick them fast,
Let’s be the first to
Sell them in the
Big Mart
To get back home
With things
That would build us
Durable homes
Beyond the reach of
Life at large
